Olympic lifts can be big scary things but with expert instruction and deliberate practice the movements can be mastered.  The benefits of incorporating Olympic lifts are seen in the athleticism that is obtained and can be transferred into other daily activities and sport.  Learning how to add rigidity to your body in order to free up the power you generate through ground forces will add life to your years.

Many of us develop "cheat patterns" in order to get the job done. This is part of the stress on the human condition and leads to overuse injuries, stress and fatigue. When we can re-train our bodies to function how they were designed we open up opportunities to live life to its fullest.
