Photo Finish Update

 Pictures taken yesterday. Haven't seen them yet, but I wore a suit to a wedding that I haven't worn in 6 months, so there has to be some results. Working an hour a day 5-6 days a week has left me feeling very strong. Robert, in our one on one training has helped me get some hip flexibility back along with a much stronger core. Alex and Jack ALMOST make conditioning fun. About half way through the program that Pete and I talked about, the diet has been about 90% on (State Fair, youngest son's birthday) Going to add 30- 40 minutes fasted cardio 4 times a week next week to attack these love handles. That and reducing the starchy carbs to twice a week should get us closer to what we were looking for. Pics again in two weeks… final shots with the amazing Jessica Kaminski 10-15-2014.
